Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. While most refunds are completed within a few business days, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as Harmony Pets cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or unsealed. This may include personal pet care items, grooming products, and other hygiene-sensitive products where applicable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order.
